Spinning Star Energy LLC (SSE) is in the business of wind power project development, construction and operations. SSE owns 600MW wind development in west Texas. SSE purchased 12 wind turbines generators during 2011 each with 2.05MW capacity from a German technology provider named W2E Wind to Energy GmbH (W2E) (WTGs). These WTGs were purchased for $37milllion under a master turbine supply agreement which was to supply total of 131 WTGs to SSE. First 12 WTGs were to be used in first phase of wind project of SSE. However SSE received a very good offer from a large utility to purchase the first phase of wind project from SSE with a condition that the utility investor will utilize its own WTGs. Therefore SSE does not have any use of these WTGs and is in the market to sell.
